visual meditation
First, relax and take some meditational breathing, picture yourself at an ocean,
One that has no people, only you, the sand, the ocean, and the universe, visualize as you are breathing
In through your nose the good energies, as you are breathing in, feel and see the rainbow
Of colors illuminating and flowing inside of you, feel this energy flowing
Through you, around you and inside of you, as you are breathing out through your mouth visualize the
Negative energies flowing out through your mouth and far from within you, visualize
This negative energy going out to the universe far outside our solar system.
As you are doing this I want you to visualize a gold ray of light, with this illuminating
Gold ray of light I want you to visualize it forming a bubble all around you,
Starting from the bottom of your feet and surrounding you until it has made a
Complete circle forming all over. (in a complete circle) Now as you are doing your breathing, you
Start to see these illuminating rainbow colors starting to fill within this bubble.
The rainbow of colors start to form a bit of silver on the inner part of the circle
Of gold that now is surrounding you. As you take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth you Feel a sense of relaxation, the stress that you have felt is slowly melting away,
Like a sandcastle, as the waves flow around it, little by little, your weeks of
Stress is disappearing into the ocean, and you feel so renewed, a new energy
Has flowed into you and left you with an aura of illuminating rainbow colors
All around. You feel the waves of the ocean gently around you as the foam from
The waves are tickling your feet a bit. As you breath in again you feel the
Mist from the ocean almost as it were washing your face and cleansing you,
Now as you feel this you are starting to waken up with this sense
Of relaxation, your stress is all but a distant memory and you will feel this
Good energy flowing through you, flowing like the ocean waves on a silent
And calming night. Waking up from this meditation you should be feeling
Renewed, at peace and stress free every time you do this meditation..
